Sign Up for Innovation Daily

If you are like me there are literally dozens of blog sites, e-newsletters, linkedin groups and other types of media competing for your attention.  I have signed up for many of them, and may have followed them for a while, but now they just clutter up my inbox and I haven't mustered the courage to "unsubscribe."  There is one, however, that I read on a regular basis - at least a couple times a week - and have for the past year.  The newsletter is Innovation Daily, published by Rich Bendis.  http://innovationamerica.us/index.php/innovation-daily.  The email newsletter is very reliable - other media like twitter or RSS have had some problems.  (or maybe I was the one having problems!)  Anyway, I find something useful (and often highly significant for my research) in nearly every single issue.  Like Ed Morrison, Rich has a way of separating the wheat from the chaff.  There are probably a few more "top ten" lists than I would like, but it is manageable and I can usually scan it in a few minutes and find what I am interested in.  The daily lists are also summarized every Sunday in "Innovation Weekly."
